Seniors — Join instructor Amy Palsa, have fun, and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. No need to use a mat, all the strength training is done from the convenience of a chair! $30/18 class Punch Card or $5 daily Drop-In.
